INFLATABLE REPAIRS - WORK PROCEDURE

Work will commence either at your location or at our premises after you have been informed what will be required and the costs involved including any materials to complete the repair. Our minimum charge is £30.00 on repairs. Any customer requested estimates given without seeing the unit are submitted only as a rough guide, viewing of the affected area is essential to give a more accurate cost. If the unit is in need of further repair than anticipated, we will advise a revised price. You are not obliged to accept this revised price. The unit can be returned to its previous condition without any repairs & without any charge to you or we can continue to repair as per the original quote, if that is a feasible option. If VBL Stitchcrafts have come to your location, any advised travel charges will still apply regardless of the repair situation. Repairs cannot be undertaken outdoors in inclement weather conditions. We can repair in halls. We normally have to inflate the equipment (if only partially) to ease handling of the unit. You have the option to check any repairs upon completion or collection by request. PLEASE NOTE. Repairs may deteriorate like any other part of the inflatable structure particularly if it is subject to extreme stress or extended heavy use. It is normally those stress points that fail and are in need of repair. Please be aware that in time any repairs may need further attention especially in stressed areas.
