Goods 'not as described' or 'faulty' can be returned at buyers cost. All goods must be unused and in good & clean condition. Returns: A returns number will be issued and must be visible on the returned package to be accepted as a return. Please Contact us to request this returns number before returning any item. Returned items without this number will not be processed. Refunds will be given only on the value of the goods (no shipping costs can be claimed - listing includes a shipping cost & listings are not free shipping)

Distance Selling Regulations: The seven working days return period (often referred to the cooling off period) on 'made to order' items does not apply.
